Providers Turned by LE

I read about the risk of providers being turned by LE, and I worry about that myself. Does anyone have any experience with this? How frequently does this happen? My guess is that well established providers are a low risk as they are unlikely to be caught, and they would lose their hard earned rep if they cooperated. Newbies and transients might be a high risk, as they have little to loose. But my core question is “Have you experienced this, and what were the circumstances. Thanks.

You stand a bigger chance in BACKBAGE of getting into trouble, from experiance, providers will lure you to their incall, while LE is in the next room recording. Sometimes even if you get a lawyer, on the part of the client is the fact that we were lured and fell for the bait. Now go and take it up with the judge, pay lawyers thier fee and either way we loose!

We recently had this situation happen in Albuquerque. There was another board that some of you may have heard of called Southwest Companions. There was a provider that was on the board that was busted for drugs and prostitution. She told the cops about SWC and LE was able to infiltrate the board with her help. In mid-June the owner and a few moderators were busted thanks to the provider turning on them. You can read about some of it here:

Everyone has already read about that on the Alert page. 2 best options, stick to providers with atleast 5 or more reviews from different people, or stick with 1 or 2 girls. will also cut down the risks. less fun though.

Dont ever look on Backpage. unless you have heard talk about a girl from several sources. bottom line do your homework. research, research, research.

p.s. read the alerts often. if the girl is from another city check the alerts in those towns aswell. the buzz is helpful aswell.

One thing that comes to mind is how everyone still bashes backpage ladies but alot of the ladies that are providers on here post on Backpage, even a mod off this site does. I have seen more and more ladies that use to bash Backpage and call the ladies trash and now i see their ads on there. Just wanted to say every site can have its good and bad. Not just backpage ladies working with LE. Dont forgot the Christmas bust in Houston was from a very well known site not backpage

I'm one of the providers here who has very successfully posted on Backpage, and have never bashed it. In fact, my most ardent, long-term "fans" have come from there. What the other posters said is the best advice - research, research, research! Read reviews and alerts, Google the lady's name and number, and trust your instincts. If something sounds, looks, or feels hinky, it is! Too many gentlemen have let the lure of the meow, and ladies that lure of money, compromise their common sense.

I was at that infamous Christmas party, and no, I'm not afraid to admit it as I didn't have a problem, never have. (Knock on your wood.) If the police want into an organization, they'll find a way, and may be reading this NOW, for all we know. The people busted either made or accepted a solicitation to an undercover, which again goes back to the number one rule of this biz: KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT IN PUBLIC! (Save that wagging tongue for BCD fun.) To my knowledge, none of the girls taken were "turned," but at least one had to change her identity, which is the usual result as nobody wants to see a girl once her arrest has become known. I know another lady in Dallas who was arrested in a sting, same response, but no cooperation with LE.

I'm taking my secrets, and those of my gentlemen friends, to my grave. If I'm ever, God forbid, arrested, I'll ask for a lawyer, pay my fines, and retire, as there is only ONE Fancyinheels, and I'm not willing to change her after I've worked so hard to establish a reputation.

Im pretty sure that we all started on BP, and I dont unerstand why people talk bad about bp i still post on there myself, and I have met wonderful gentlemen on that site. I guess because some girls are charging very little people talk bad about it lol.. I like to stick with my regulars, and you will be ok if you know what to say and not to say over the phone. Going to school for Criminal Justice is verry helpful lol....

Completely agree with you FIH! As for girls turning...I think that scenario is rare. The only situations I've heard/read about...involved human trafficking incidents. As some of the others have mentioned...do your research and stay with the reputable providers.

There are "BP Girls" and "BP Advertisers"

Ladies that advertise both on BP and Eccie, or other sites are "BP Advertisers" and are not usually the problem that is always mentioned. If you are advertising on both it should be very easy to cross reference from BP back to TER, P411 Eccie, etc. In fact you should make it easy for the guys to do so. Your reviews and ads are readily available and easy to find...off of BP.

The BP Girls are the ones to be wary of. They usually are new and have no reviews or have recently changed names/numbers trying to hide from poor reviews and/or conduct on the other sites. The rip-offs, bait & switch, the pimped girls. These are the ones that everyone is talking about. I'm not as active as a lot of guys here, but I agree with Likinikki that research is a great ally. i have found some pretty interesting ads/profiles on BP, but by doing some research, have found that some are too good to be true and should be avoided. The situation sometimes don't seem worth the risk.

But I stopped because it was no longer financially beneficial to me. I would rather pay extra money for an eros ad.

Some of those ads do look suspicious. Instead of bashing a website just do your homework and use some common sense.

BP can be OK - once you realize that as much as 90% of the ads are fake. Just google the phone number, and if you find 0 reviews and it looks TGBT, then it probably is. Tineye is another great resource.
