My Price Is To Cheap? Really?
Im new to the site. So far so good. I had to cut my visit short but the few guys I met were AWESOME! I'll be back this weekend and will be making it up to the guys I had to cancel. After I announced I'd be coming back I started getting both text and emails saying my prices were too cheap. One asked me if I wanted to be "A Cheap Whore?"
I've been doing this off and on for 4 years. When I started I was $175 per hour! Never liked the quick visits or half hours. For the last year I've been charging $300 on the west coast. Im trying something new by visiting Texas. I have friends and family here. The guys are wonderful but whats up with the ladies? (I assume they are ladies... :Emma & Emily) Also I sent out "5" reference requests and NONE responded. Is this stuff normal here in Texas?
And whats up with the big ads attached to some of these ladies posts?

Getting references requests in Houston is a problem. Most will not respond. They don't want you seeing their clients.

Most are just simply lazy or "laid back." That's the Houston way.

1-Guys should not be advising you what your rate(s) are.....that's bullshit. Until they are selling their ass or giving head as a man-whore they need to just shut the fuck up.
2-I have heard girls are terrible with references...not cool in my book. Could be because they are either lazy, don't want you to see the guy(s) they've seen, or they figure they've done their work you should do your own. Which is total bullshit as well...
Good luck here in Texas.

I agree. That seems fair, and definitely not inexpensive. Perhaps a few fellows were pulling your pretty legs? (That has been known to happen, so simply ignore the trolls. Anyone who insults you by even inferring you're "A Cheap Whore" certainly requires no response.) Set your rates in line with your comfort, but don't price yourself out of what the market will bear in your target zone.
I have rarely encountered problems getting or giving references, but I think there might be some reluctance on the part of established providers to respond to those who are from outside of the geographic area, or who are new to the board and therefore themselves unknown factors. (Personally, I "screen" providers I'm unfamiliar with, too, check them out before automatically giving a ref, just to be safe.) Also, HOW do you ask? Via PM or text? Are you informative and polite? Your showcase here is a wee bit on the sparse and abrupt side (just IMHO as an ex-public relations writer), so do you communicate the same way?
For example: I received a text the other day stating, "Have you seen _____?" The provider (at least I assume the inquirer to be one) neither identified herself or said please, and it came off as curt and demanding. I find it trying when someone in business displays bad manners, and I won't reply to any note unless I'm aware of the origin. I did text her/him/it back inquiring identity, but zip, so no, I did not give the reference.
Yes, "threADS" are a problem in many city forums, but what "big ads attached" are you referring to, exactly? The signature lines at the bottom of individual comments, like mine? 'Tis a nice ECCIE option under settings on your control panel that you might wish to take advantage of as a promotional tool.
You've been a member for all of one month with just 16 posts, and are already calling other providers out in Coed (by name, even!), yet haven't questioned or complained of this in other more appropriate forums, which might have elicited more helpful responses. I understand your frustration, but this probably wasn't the best approach to insure future cooperation with ladies of the profession here. Irish luck in lust, as I think you're going to need it on ECCIE.

I respond to references submitted through Eccie as soon as I hear the custom "bing" I have for them on my phone.
The only time there will be a delay is if ... I am asleep or my phone is not near me, cooking, driving, seeing a client or doing something where my hands are wet (yes those are 2 different things .. lol).
Other then that I prefer to respond right away but that goes for client PM's as well. I just don't like anything piling up.
As for the not wanting to share, that mindset by providers is just absurd. As if your one pussy is enough for the 100k -/+ hobbiest in Houston.
Finally if a provider is so worried about losing 1 client, I would suggest that provider ask herself "why is it that I only have one client I enjoy seeing?" ...... A great provider is going to attract many great clients.

The signature lines? Yep, an area to express something members feel important within limited space and restrictions. Be clever, imaginative, informative, and use what the ECCIE Gods give us! All hail Tebow and St. C!

Just so ya know...
ECCIE Signature Line Guidelines
We feel these Signature Line guidelines will keep them from becoming a distraction, and at the same time allowing for flavor, creativity, and individuality.
Effective immediately, we ask that member's signature lines comply with the following guidelines:
1. Must be 15 lines or less
2. Spaces will be counted as lines.
4. You may use assorted fonts, font sizes, and colors in your signature line.
3. Text which is larger than the default text will count as 3 lines. SIZE=5 is the max. default font size setting.
4. Images and Banners may be used in your signature line. Do not use images or banners which exceed 60 pixels in height. These will be subject to removal.
5. All images used which are taller than default text will count as 3 lines. (larger than 60 pixels height will be removed)
6. Links to P411, your website, an image host, etc. will be allowed. Links to competing websites will be prohibited.
7. Acronyms, Services, or Rates are not permitted in Signature Lines.
These guidelines apply to our membership and to our staff. Please use the RTM feature to report violations as they occur.
Yeah, I have to measure mine whenever I change it to make sure I comply. I'm a verbose vixen.
Tap the arrow next to your logged-in name above right for the drop-down menu, User Control Panel, Edit Signature, type, Save Signature. What you write in that box will appear, like the details beneath your avatar, every time you post.

If people think you're too cheap then charge them extra, your rates are right on par with what is expected for a provider of your looks and Service. Keep your rates where they are so that you can garner more business from the rest of us and charge those idiots more since they obviously feel like they should be paying more.

Charge what you want, of course. For my taste, I can have a really great time for $160-$250 so I'll rarely pay more. A few guys pay more, but expect more - nicer incall, etc, more PSE stuff.
As far as references- yes a lot of hookers here suck at it. I actually have seen a few ladies that aren't what I'm looking for at all specifically because they are good with references. Allison of Houston actually said, "you know I'm small BBW, right?" Sure. I just paid her regular rate for a blow job because she was great with references. I re-upped with her about every 6 months.
Have fun, stay safe.
