To the OP. Your tone and tenor is interesting especially when life's a bitch and then we die ;-) but I hope this is not a case of: "the lady doth protest too much." jk. Of course the best risk management policy is covered but I've always been of the impression that while risky; providers BB who they want. You will likely never hear about it from most participants.
Below are some likely BB and / or cream-pie policies hobby or civvie world: lol
1. Standard BB pull-out policy (no cream-pie)
2. Traditional open door cream-pie policy
3. Occasional special night / session cream-pie policy
4. Exclusive select regular(s) cream-pie policy
5. Special night out (rare) after dinner and drinks cream-pie me policy
6. Drunken stupor morning after cream-pie
6. The feel so good let's pretend we're not doing this cream-pie event
7. The accidental condom broke cream-pie free for all
8. The unspoken: "You're stable and have money so I want to have your baby." cream-pie session
Seriously though if that's what you do then Hobby and Civvie world risks may be close to the same in my view. You don't really know who, what, when, where and how.

^ In the business you're in you should always assume that what you don't prefer is what you're actually getting. This thread is possibly ensuring that those you openly advertise rejecting (because of how they hobby) will only get you 10 fold in appointments from dudes that don't talk about it as they take delight in being able to see you knowing you don't know what they do. Same thing with providers saying they wont see guys that see She-Dudes when there's a section on this site dedicated for such activities. You might as well just forget about knowing, accept the fact, and keep doing your part to hobby safe.
