Opinion needed
I had an incall booked with the an established and verified lady for today (booked days ago). Today morning she texts me saying she got her times mixed up and cannot make the appointment. We end the text exchange cordially.
A few minutes later she texts me again asking if "All is OK?" I reply back that "I am disappointed and now will have to scramble to make alternate appointment". She then called me crass and asked me to lose her number (which I now will happily do). The entire text exchange till that point was cordial and polite.
Was saying that "I am disappointed" or that "I will have to scramble" crass?

Move on to the next one man. Everyone is going to be asking who it was. So you might as well say who it was.

Tell her to call the guy back that she ditched you for and get on HIS ass. Sounds like he is the one who fucked it all up.

best way to avoid this is A) have a backup plan of sorts and B) never tell them "Now I have to scramble to make other arrangements..."
If she texts back 2-3 hours later asking if you would still like to meet up just tell her that the window of time you had set aside for her has past and you cannot get away from your job. Do however mention trying for another time (if you are still interested in seeing her) and ask her to pick a date and time..
If not, tell her you will contact her in the future.
IE , let them know that you feel bad about not seeing them, it adds a touch of guilt to them (maybe), that you would still be interested in seeing them in the future.. BUT NEVER let them know you have a backup plan or are making such plans.

NO, it was not. As a professional provider, I have a responsibility to keep my business straight. When somethings happens on my end that shatters a commitment, I make up for it, adding an extra hour onto a rescheduled appointment or giving a substantial discount. I am always extremely apologetic for wasting a fellow's time. (Rarely have I cancelled same-day, and then only due to illness or some really serious incident. I had to reschedule a fellow on the way over to my incall once when a part of the staircase above my apartment gave way during repairs, blocking my door. Later in the week he received said extra hour plus an outcall that took me 3 hours roundtrip in pouring rain. )
You made time in your busy life to have fun, had reasonable expectations of that, and then had to make other plans, perfectly understandable. (Perhaps she expected you to wait? ) If you were as polite as indicted in expressing your feelings, she had no reason to react so rudely. Yes, lose her number.

I agree with much of what Mr. GPop said, but... What type of "back-up plan?"
I have known fellows to make appointments with TWO providers for the same time, choose one, cancel the other last-minute after leaving her on standby in case the first backed out, causing the second lady stress and lost income. This makes the gent no better than an irresponsible escort (worse, acually, because his behavior is premeditated), and is one of THE quickest ways to get on every blacklist known to providerkind.
Perhaps a "back-up" at a spa or agency? Never keep another provider "on hold," please. (Yes, I have been the "back-up," and was infuriated when I found out.)

More than likely an ATF Regular of hers called and wanted your slot.
That's my deal with the airlines:
If a high-mileage VIP MF comes in at the last minute in a hurry to make a connection, just kick my ass to the tarmac and offer me the next available without my luggage, which was shipped "on ahead" on the MF flight I booked.

As I have never seen the OP before...So it was not me that cancelled. But unfortunately I had to reschedule a visit today and felt so bad doing so. Sometimes things happen and you become ill. There is nothing you can do about being ill and I only want to make sure that everyone I see gets the best of me at all times.

The girl admitted to getting appt times screwed up? Although you booked days in advance you were the one dropped. So she can't keep her schedule straight, she was rude for duping you instead of the other guy who got your time. And even more rude for jumping down your throat calling you crass and to lose her number. Not only should you lose her number, but you should name the gal so I can lose her number too. PM me
