Can't help you with spa gals, but if you stick with verified independent providers on ECCIE who have a documented history, have been on the board a least 6 months, post regularly, have garnered a number of positive reviews from different members who are ALSO established, have a well-defined Showcase and/or website and/or P411, it's unlikely you'll end up in cuffs unless you're doing role play.

As to what to say, don't talk about money or specific sexual acts. A provider's rates should always be on display, and you should be able to get a sense of her service offerings from her posts, profiles, ads, reviews. Just tell her how much time you'd like to book.
