Pursuing a restraining order is dealing with law enforcement no matter if you go to a lawyer or not.. Going that route wouldn't be smart because you jeapordize your RW info & to top it off she is a whore & that in itself isn't going to play out well..

Why should I or any of us have to alter the way we business? It's not fair to none of us!!!!!! <-- It's not fair. But sometimes it is the cost of doing business in this profession.

So what he's a member and been on 8 years with a few posts?
Most of my big spending clients, don't post on eccie but have popular refs and good intentions... not everyone is as obsessed with the hobby life as others!

He's not commenting back on this thread cuz he's scared. He's a scared pu**y!!
He needs to grow tf up and get a L I F E . He is still pm'ing our ISO replies; probably sitting in his room laughing at all this as I type... he's a grown child who wasn't taught better. <--This is called poking the bear. Don't poke the bear.

But oh well; any man that takes the word of another man; specially a TROLL STRANGER is just much of a weirdo as he is. females with a pussy have drama like this. Facebook drama this has turned into. Lol.
I haven't even had drama in my RW life like this since I was in grade school!! And I'm a female! Lol
It's pathetic.

Why THE HELL does eccie give this man this much credit? Why do u johns give efredrick enough power to alter your want to see a provider? I don't understand it... <--Eccie does not give this man any credit. Pay no attention to the trolls. Real men aren't worried about a pussy hiding in secret and sending silly PM's. It is unfortunate that this may have deterred a few, but most men realize this guy is a clown.

If I was a dude it'd make me more intrigued to see the provider to find out for myself...
You guys did the right thing in coming forward and making this public, people who victimize other people will do so as long as they believe they can do it in secret and hope their victims will never speak out for fear of being shamed. They count on that. They don't like to be exposed. And proof is in the pudding with this guy, he won't even come forward and make any response but we all know he is reading. If he was in the right, he would have no problem in telling us so. In fact, it is in his best interest that you girls remain completely safe and intact, because it will be suspect if anything happens to you.

True Story. The court of public opinion and the Lynch mobs (for whatever they are worth) to follow are best differed when a counter argument is offered. Silence is seen as a admission of guilt.

1) Stay in another city for a while.
2) Block all communications with him(so you don't see his communication). Make sure he knows he is blocked.
3) Get him banned, so he can't communicate with your potential clients.
4) Warn potential clients that you 3 have a stalker(perhaps in you sig line).
5) Carry repellant at all times.
6) Consider sending him a cease and desist letter, by certified mail, so you have a basis for a permanent injunction later, if it goes that far. Don't involve law enforcement. (Perhaps a lawyer can advise).

I wish the few asshats would taint the pool for the rest of us.

Good luck

A fellow member contacted me about this thread and asked me to comment. Right now, I only have time to read the first post and scan the replies. I may come back later and read the thread more carefully.

I'm an attorney who specializes in criminal law. Many of my cases are specific to the hobby. I've dealt with literally thousands of cases of stalking, blackmail, and harassment over nearly 40 years.

My advice to the OP is the following:

1. Don't respond to any future communications from the stalker. Stalkers feed on the response they get from their target. Don't feed the stalker's obsession. I wouldn't suggest you block communications from him because he may give you warning of what he'll do. Just don't REACT to his communications.

2. If the stalker is making threats, or otherwise engaging in behavior that would violate the Texas stalking or harassment statute, notify your local police.

Texas Stalking Law
Texas Harassment Law

3. If the behavior continues, consider conferring with an attorney. When I call a stalker, 99.99% of the time the behavior stops. A cease and desist letter or seeking a protective order are also options.

4. Ignore the advice of amateur Eccie lawyers about the use of force. They're idiots who don't know the law.

If you have any questions, my contact procedure is in my sig line.

All that shit you're saying is fine...but none-the-less is a recipe for a hooker to straight up lose her life...a stalker dont give a fuck about all that shit you're advising. Call the cops, get a lawyer yada yada...so here is a FACT.... You will be one dead muthafuker if you wait for cops to show up. At the end of the day given their line of work they better take corrective actions to put themselves in a position to physically defend against a muthafucker moving quickly on them as they wait in line at Whataburger.

Sistine Chapel: No offense, but I think you have squat experience in this matter. I also think you may be a white guy trying to sound like Huggy Bear from 'Starsky and Hutch' from yo gangsta jive. Haha. We have a white guy trying to come off as a black guy on the Dallas boards. Maybe it's even you under a different handle.

Bruh I'm not here to give a fuck what u think. I'm not a lawyer but the reality is that pie-in-the-sky let's play it by the book and get a lawyer to send a fucking letter and call the cops is primarily some advice you give to a wife going through drama with her man not a hooker dealing with a fucking stalker.

I've read some of your previous advice and for the most part dont have issue with it...but in this case you're giving advice that will get this girl killed. NO she dont need to be waiting on no fucking cops to show up and having a lawyer send a fucking letter. She needs to take steps to protect herself physically. Stalkers dont give a shit about that stuff you talking.

and I know you feel you gotta prove you're right...so go ahead try to prove it..knock yourself out or keep trying to pivot to more BS ;-)

Huggy Bear, I don't think you read very well. I'll again state: I've been practicing law for nearly 40 years. I've handled thousands of cases involving harassment, extortion, and stalking. NOT ONCE has a male stalker ever attempted to harm, let alone harm, a female target when I was involved. There's no indication whatsoever that the hobbyist here has made a threat of violence, let alone a credible threat. In about 90% of the cases I've handled, the problem was solved with me making a phone call. No report to the police or protective order was necessary.

I think you watch too many movies and too much TV, bruh. But I like the fake gansta lingo. Kind of like Vanilla Ice.

I suppose SC has a plan as well to bail these ladies out of jail after they commit assault.

Because telling someone to commit assault is always brilliant advice.

Shyster Jon, I have a couple of questions.

Can you give us the difference between a protective order and a restraining order? A restraining is used only after physical violence has occurred?

Also, I got a persistent bugger that once obtained an assault charge after attacking me. He still persists in sending me messages of a harassing nature even after being charged. What protection does the cease and desist order provide? If I have one sent to him and he continues contact me, is that enough ammunition for me to take to the police?
