Maybe it's cause I'm still somewhat new to the game or maybe it's cause I'm just not an asshole in general cause I had seriously never heard of guys doing this until about a week ago when the ladies were talking about some guy the great papi, little papi, or something like that in another thread that was doing this. Now it shows up in the news. Personally I don't think they should post this on the news cause it just gives guys that are creeps ideas. Kinda like when you tell someone not to look down, what's the first thing they are going to do?

I believe it is a form of sexual assault or rape. That's just what I believe. And I do think it should be placed in the "law book" because it gives us protection from men who do this and take advantage of us.

Men don't have to think about this because they don't have the same issues as women. Just like they don't need to be scared to walk down the street at night doing nothing wrong. Being raped even if dressed unprovocatively (because most people's mentality is, oh she was looking for it). If you agree with that, do not ever attempt contact with me.

This happened to me and I tried to do something. Didn't know if it was rape or not. I felt used and vulnerable after the fact. We should be protected.

I have always wondered why the lady that has been "stealthed" does not bust open a can of whoop ass who did it. Most providers have self defense items strategically placed throughout the incall ... maybe they do not want to clean up the mess ...

It fits the legal definition of rape perfectly, butt, you are correct re:intent. Proving intent could get sticky, all puns intended.

In the case of rapist papi, an arguement of historical intent can be made and won, imo, but that would take alot of outting and a really good trial lawyer skilled in identifying a potential jurist who would be sympathetic to the working girl's plight.

However, I do agree with your nontaint releated statement. I think the offended provider should just cut the johnson off and toss it into the hallway.

Accidents happen, but last time someone tried that stunt on purpose, I escorted him out of my lair by sword point. (Kinda spooky, a robust and riled 6-ft nekkid red-faced redhead with a blade in her hand aimed at your neither region.) If I had to, I would deal with the mess and the consequences, but so far no one has ever taken hostile behavior to extreme aggression.

If I haven't given my permission (and that would be NEVER, in this case), anything out of the norm and not specified on my Showcase is an assault and a violation, so you lose your Fancy rights, and your donation. I'm a pretty accommodating and mellow lady, but I won't be bamboozled or forced to do a damned thing I don't want to, and I will go down fighting. (I'd much rather go down of my own free will for pleasingly amorous activities. )

Stupid thing to do on either side of the Hobby, risking health and reputation for pleasure or money, but hey, whatever floats your boat as long as it's by MUTUAL agreement.
