If I am not mistaken, I believe I was once told, that carrying a fire-arm (even a LEGAL one) during p4p- if something "goes wrong"- it then turns from a Misdemeanor to a Felony.

I carry everywhere all the time, but I can completely see where the providers are coming from. A little consideration and communication go a long way. If I go to her, I keep it concealed or in the truck. If she comes to me I put it away and out of sight.
FYI, if any of you girls would like some experience at the range, I love training beginners. The best way to prevent accidents is with knowledge and experience.

On one hand some of you ladies that work out of questionable locations shoukd understand that a guy would want to carry to protect himself . Who nows when some pimp or thug might try and run up on us . Even if the hooker we are seeing doesnt habe a pimp but works were there are hookers that have pimps . You know like working out of an hourly or a lowincome public assustance complex .
That doesnt mean that w guys should put our gun on the nightstand combat loaded with the safety off . I wonder if this falls u der the dont discuss services in a pm category .

The only weapon I carry into a session is my sword, and so far it hasn't killed anyone. And I would expect all the ladies to be carrying some form of protection. In light of the current events where an escort shot and killed the guy who showed up with his "kill kit" You can never be too careful. Just remember, guns are for shooting, not pointing. More often than not the gun is taken from someone pointing it.

Clarity to first post on this. Having a firearm (? - not just handgun?) while p4p doesn't necessarily change the p4p charge. It becomes a charge of it's own.
