Total agreement. Either 2 or more hours before the session. Or if it has been four or more hours since your last meal, then eat 30 minutes before meeting. No onions and brush your teeth.

Not a doctor but I know from my own metabolism that my body needs regularity. Not always the case in this hobby. I love continuing to indulge my gutteral instincts by having a satisfying meal AFTER meeting a provider. Clean. Neat. And fragrant before. Dirty. Stinky. And starving after.
