I am on my 1-week St. Paddy's Day countdown, so just have to translate this into Irish:
30 minutes, literally a quick roll in the hay at a striapach's (whore's) barn:
Shootin' the blarney........... 1 beer
Stretchin' the lambskin...... 2 beers
Polishin' the shillelagh....... 3 beers
Climbin' the banshee.......... 1 bottle of Jameson
Humpin' the hound............ 1 bottle of Jameson and a jig to make 'er dizzy so she falls face down.
Slippin' the tongue............. 1 tankard of ale and a Murray. (An Irish mint candy.)
Póg mo thóin! ..................... Gaelic for, "Kiss my ass!"

Uuuuh ... the "crime" of prostitution is offering the performance of a sex act(s) in exchange for money. Advertising that way is direct solicitation. Offering to spend time with a client during which it is understood, but not explicitly stated, that sexual activity may occur is a way around that.
You play a lawyer on the Interwebs, don't you? Thought you would know better.

dude! do you even remember what you are arguing?
he is asking you the question because of YOUR argument that whatever you requested should be done no if's, and's, or but's otherwise discount. your claim of a discount implies a specific act for compensation...uh, DUH!
the point you clearly aren't getting that myself and others have been trying to make.
not to speak for LexusLover but I'm pretty sure he does know better.
also brings me back to my wondering about ad's offering upgrade charges (greek for example). seems like that's stepping on the solicitation boundary after talking about all this.

Perhaps it is you that does not understand. Try to follow ... I will type s.l.o.w.l.y for you.
There is a difference between what is advertised, which can be read by anyone with a computer, and what is discussed/agreed upon in a one-on-one private conversation. The rationale for the way advertisements are worded is because advertising a line item menu with prices is solicitation in and of itself and constitutes a crime.
If you don't understand the difference, your prerogative.

that was addressed also. in the 10 nut scenario. as in you can ask one-on-one for whatever you like but if you're asking for something that won't realistically fit in the time frame you asked the girl for, well that's on you.
done with you. I'll let someone else talk to this rock.

The only issue is: Your ten nut scenario, just like your 70 oz steak scenario, is complete nonsense. No one can nut ten times in an hour. MSOG is what ... 2 times, 3 max. on a really, really good day.
Fail. Using impossible scenarios as a basis for trying to explain the feasible is absurd. Not too bright are you?

I know I said I was done but you make it too easy.
since you FAIL at reading, and you quoted it, let me remind you - " let's exaggerate for easier understanding"
of course it is am impossible scenario. google exaggerate.
I think your name should be FailFingerz. ha!
and even if you go back to your slant, who decides what's feasible? you or the girl? which is it? 2 or is it 3? if you want a discount there has to be a hard rule as in your missing dish. see how that fails? because it's subjective.
going in circles now.

Exaggeration does not make a scenario feasible, it only makes the scenario more and more unlikely and disconnected from reality the more you exaggerate. When you use examples that have no basis in reality, you're dealing in nonsense. But then, you've already proven that.
Not at all, if two people agree on something, then both think it is feasible. If one does not think it is feasible, they will not agree to it, or create the expectation that they can deliver on it. If they fail to say that they think a request is unreasonable, well, then they created an expectation that it was possible and agreed to.
I understand that it's probably a bit much for you to absorb and comprehend, but I typed as slowly as I possibly could.

I think my favorite part of "the other thread" was watching WU's restraint in not responding. The more and more LOTO posted, the crazier it got. Kinda like Stinky up there^ The more he rambles and tries to justify himself, the further he gets from any resemblance of rational thought. It its both funny and sad at the same time. Hopefully, he's just a troll and not seriously that stupid. Either way, it is a bit entertaining.
Troll away Stinky

You play a lawyer on the Interwebs, don't you? Thought you would know better.

When you figure out how to ask for specific menu items to be performed by a provider within a specific time period for a set price without "soliciting for prostitution" let me know.
As for your other lame-ass comment, it looks like YOU are "PLAYING lawyer on the Interwebs" .... by attempting to enter into a BINDING CONTRACT with someone for specific acts of sex within a set time period for a set and agreed upon price ...... aka "solicitation."
This is a hobby to me. It should be fun. You, with some others, ARE making it "NoneFun."
You may be the best looking guy on the "Interwebs" with the most fantastic personality, who gets the ladies' panties soaking wet with a smile, but on the other hand there is always that possibility that when they talk to you on the phone and suggest or imply they enjoy engaging in various specific activities with men without having first seen you or sat and listened to your blather, they may not have that "warm and fuzzy" feeling that $200 bucks can bring on in 30 minutes after they lay eyes on you and put up with your bullshit. IJS
You must be absolutely miserable chasing pussy in the civie world!!!!!! What activities do you EXPECT for dinner and a bottle of wine? And what's your reaction/response when you don't get them ALL? That is merely a rhetorical question, although thought provoking.
