2.An increase in body temperature and heart rate
3.A high state of tension in her muscles (hypertonicity)
4.A tightening of the abdominal muscles

So, guys do you notice immediately if a woman is faking an orgasm? Can you tell the difference??

Well I can usually tell when their jay jay clamps down on my pole like a vice or if my head is between their legs and all of sudden it is like my head is in a vice. Or her eyes roll back in the head. And the breathing and spasming gets more than normal.

Hell, women are so different in how they show or reflect an orgasm, that I quit trying a long time ago to figure out whether she did or not. I mean I always give it my best shot, and I'm open to suggestions when offered, but I don't judge the experience by whether she (or for that matter me) has an orgasm. The only time that I feel pretty confident that the lady has had an orgasm is when there has been a rather slow, steady build up in reactions and responses to what's going on between us followed by some expression of release however subtle or explosive. Like I said, everyone is different, but few fake "O's" seem to have a real build up.

I agree. A slow build up seems to make the sex more passionate and explosive. Makes for a nice orgasm.
