Is this the end of the "Hoe Phones"?

Legislation introduced that would require state registration of pre-paid phones. Doubt this will go anywhere but I wanted to share.

I'd be a real pain in the ass. We would have to go all the way over to Missouri to buy our throw away phones. Maybe we could pick them up while we're getting cheaper gas, booze, and cigarettes?

Interesting point Swarmy....
However, I don't purchase cigarettes or booze, and crossing over the state line into Misery just for gas has its own set of risks. Namely, the hooker, hobbyist and pimp sniffing dogs the various Kansas law enforcement agencies have staged along the state line would catch me coming back! I don't need that hassle.
A question for you and the masses might also be which is more of a challenge, obtaining and hiding a "hoe" phone (as you put it) or hiding the cash needed for a 30 minute appointment from wives and significant others?
