Ive seen one provider in Houston who can be used as a reference for my P411, and I need one more in the Austin area. Any idea of a fun provider who will see me as a newb and also help me get my P411?

Almost all providers on eccie who have been around for a few months or more have P411 and would be happy to help you get verified if your appointment goes well. So just find a lady you would like to see and ask... she can most likely help! Most providers love P411 because it drastically speeds up the screening process and P411 clients are perceived as being more serious, respectful, and drama-free.
