San Diego - how legal are they?
ok im a service provider that has been working in Austin tx.I just moved to the San Diego -Oceanside area.eccie isnt getting very much traffic, they use a site called SDASP.I go to post my first and when I find out you MUST post your donations and either your email address or your ph number.to me thats just stupid and entramping ones self.lets just leave a nice paper trail for LE. I PM the administration about this issue and the response I got was "do i go to a restaurant that doesnt have the price listed and eat there?"its expected for a sevrice provider to be specific about their rates and for how long.this goes agaist everything I know and I find out right rude. In almost every profession you dont go talking about how much you make.Would I ever ask a hobbist how much he makes? no its rude.I honesty dont know what to do, to put my donations out there like that goes agaist every instinct I have.oh and have been given the helpful tip of "say bandanas, roses, ect" like that makes one bit of difference .

How do you normally let the gentlemen know what your rates are? I'm having a hard time understanding the problem. Do they want you to list specific acts with donations? Report donations after the fact?
I'm not quite understanding. If you clarify, I'm happy to try to figure this out with you.

also you have to post either an email address or your ph number.the only way to get out of it is to have a link to a website that lists the info.

Ok, thanks for the response. I don't think it's really that big of deal. In your showcase her you list a range of donations (Donations 50-150hh/hr).
It is not illegal to charge for your time. It does not matter if you post the rate or send it via PM, if you offer sex acts for that money, you have broken the law. Don't to do it.
That said, I can't say if LE would be more apt to target a provider advertising rates or if they'd be more interested in one who only discussed rates privately.
Overall, you shouldn't do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or vulnerable. However, I'd me remiss if I didn't caution you to be careful about developing a false sense of security based on only discussing rates privately.

I'm not a techie but I'm sure someone can instruct you about how to have an encrypted and secure anonymous email address. Plus a burner hobby phone.

I'm in Texas, not California, but I would agree with his assessment. Just remember not to EVER discuss an exchange of money for sex acts.
Good luck and be careful out there.

I don't think it necessarily increases the risk of being busted to have a time rate (as opposed to a sex act rate) in an ad or profile, or to have a method of contact such as a phone number, email address, or website link (as long as the method can't be connected to your real identity). Obviously, posting none of this info is a crime, and none of this info will necessarily lead to you committing a crime, although it will make LE (and your potential and past customers) have easier access to you.

Ur only other choices in that area are myredbook bp or p411.
The site u are trying to join out there is ur best option and no thats not technically what entrapment means , clients in cali are rarely going to call an ad with no price and even fewer are going to take the time for screening without knowing what u plan to charge.

Entrapment is when someone who would not normally partake in a criminal activity is coerced into doing so. Anyone who is advertising on an escort site wouldn't be able to use "entrapment" as a defense and expect it to work.
As far as publishing rates, there is absolutely nothing illegal about selling your time for any amount you choose. As long as you do not agree to performing any sexual activities during that time, you are 100% on the right side of the law.
Where most providers get caught up is when they meet face to face, collect the $300 for an hour (which is LEGAL) and then answer "yes" when asked if they brought the condoms. Once you've agree that sexual services will occur (why else would you need condoms), that's when you've broken the law.
Everything else up to that point isn't really an issue.
Always,
Gina

I think that is all correct and very well-written, too. I would just add that while I've had cases where, after the UC cop gave the provider the moolah, the cop asked the provider if she brought condoms, more commonly the cop asked about a particular sex act, such as, "Does that include butt sex?" I think at times the provider is just so super happy to have the bills in her little hand that she lets her guard down and answers with (for example), "No, sugar. Greek is $50 extra." So, ladies, please don't start daydreaming about how you're going to spend the money and answer questions about sex.

I can understand your concerns, especially moving to a new area. I lived in San Diego for a couple of years, left there last April. I was on SDASP and despite your reservations it really is a good, tightknit community. They really do look out for one another. You obviously know about other sites you can use if don't want to post your rates, and nothing against that. One of the forum moderators is named Eva Bliss, and she is also a provider. Maybe if you emailed her or any of the other providers you could get a better feel for the SDASP site and decide where to go from there? Hope it all works out for you.
