exactly.

I've had providers cancel appointments on me more than once just to book the intended session.

Yeah it got annoying, but they didn't announce it and neither did I when I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Agreed. A friend of mine NCNS'd me recently... He hasn't logged onto eccie or P411 so I'm guessing he has a good reason... I've been seeing him since 2010 and adore my friend... I hope he is okay.
