Is a Short Notice Availability Thread Useful?

Ever had an itch you need to scratch right away? Had some time free up unexpectedly and want to play?

You look through the list of ads, see one posted from 4 days ago, and you wonder if that provider is still offering her services today?

You see a traveling provider's ad, know you'd like to meet her, but don't want to commit to a date?



Maybe you've never had to consider those situations, but I did. Since I prefer variety, instead of seeing the same provider over and over again, there were many times when I'd wished I could just pick someone likely going to be available within the next 30 mins - 1 hr.

Run down the number of threads in the ISO section, and you'd notice the huge number of requests for sessions within 1) a certain time frame and 2) a certain locality.

So let's put this to a discussion and vote on it......would you like a "Short Notice Availability" thread in the ISO section? Also consider the relaxed handling of threADs in the CoEd section as it relates to the rules for the SNA thread

Rules used for the Houston, Dallas and Austin threads:

1. Posts will be limited to providers with incall availability on short notice ONLY. This thread is not meant for ladies to advertise daily availability (unless your entire day cancelled), but to assist with filling unexpected gaps in their schedules and help gentlemen find last-minute fun in a specific time period.

2. Please state the exact hours that you have available for that day, and that day only.

3. If your availability closes, post and let the gentlemen know. Saves a wasted call and high hopes from being dashed.

4. Include the general location of your incall (examples: Galleria, Heights, North Houston, Sugar Land, etc.) for convenience.

5. Note your preferred method of contact for that day.

6. Other items of relevance, such as links to where gentlemen may find information regarding your rates, specials, services, and screening requirements, should be listed for quick reference.

7. No pics. Gentlemen can look at your showcase. This is meant to be at-a-glance info, not a centerfold.

Rules used for the San Antonio thread:
For the Providers...

Keep the posts short and sweet.
You may post your availability in terms of time. For example, for the next 2 hours or until 2 AM or from 10 PM till midnight. Availability must be within 12 hours of the post.
Since availability is for up to 12 hours, you may post only once every 12 hours.
You may post your general location.
You may post the best way to contact you.
You may post links to other relevant information not mentioned above but is located in your website, P411 page, or in your ads on this site or other sites.


You can make your own conclusions as to why the SA thread is still ongoing......let's hear it!

I like the button on Slixa - "available now" - and it stays active for two hours after you click it. And you can unclick it if you get a client, so people aren't emailing and asking and not getting a response (that sentence was a little run-on-ish - sorry, it's late!). I wish we had that on our showcase or under our name so that if someone is perusing the posts, they would see "available now" and think, oh hey, maybe she can see me right now.
