I like the episode where they made a robot Buffy in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer(yes, yes...I did actually watch that show)...She was hot
and Spike did bad, bad things to her.

I am with JS. The robot from Lost in Space is the first one I remember seeing and to this day is my favorite! I must admit however, that Johnny5 was pretty cool....oh wait, that was a movie....but I did see it on TV too!!

I vote for Lost In Space. I don't believe he even had a name. Correct me if I'm wrong, they just called him robot. I would love to watch that whole series again. Rosie from the Jetsons would be #2.
