In what sense do you mean? Lol

I actually got my name while in nursing school, working as a tech in cardiac icu. Someone thought I was a nurse because the techs up there at that time were trained to hold pressure on the femoral artery after stents were placed and sheaths removed. Rather than look at my badge, other employees (usually transport) assumed I was a nurse.

Since the actual nurses were not the most attractive ladies (but still some of the best damn nurses i've ever had the pleasure of working for or with), some of the people who came up would go to other stations and say, "Hey, who is that hot nurse over in ****?"

Initially, there was some confusion over who "that hot nurse" might be since I was really "that hot tech" at the time. It was all cleared up within a few weeks but the nickname stuck. I graduated nursing school with a 4.0 and passed my boards with the minimum possible questions which is something I'm very proud of. When I was thinking of a handle that was the first nickname which came to mind so I used it.

So there you have it!

Anyone else have an interesting story behind their names??? Well, that they are willing to share anyway. lol

While I'm not a provider of course, mine comes from when I was a young lad. Every since puberty hit I have been on an endless hunt for tail. And after being caught balls deep several times in my teenage years by my parents and having a new girlfriend every month or so my grandfather would tell me "son, you're hornier than a three peckered billy goat". Well then after my buddy's heard it a few times it really took off and stuck. My grandfather was always coming off with his country-isms and all of my friends just loved them and would pick them up and use them constantly.

there is probably very little or no rhyme or reason to most of the nicknames they use.
