Marcus, it's my understanding that there are very few things one can do to truly increase the actual length or girth of his erection. The apparent length may be increased by surgically severing the suspensory ligament, but this comes with a host of complications that can be both unsightly and unhealthy, and attempts to repair the damage may actually end up shortening the overall length of the erection.

An increase in girth can be effected by injecting fat into the dartos fascia (a layer of flesh below the skin but above the erectile tissue), but it also has its complications, including unattractive nodules and possibly even loss of penile rigidity. There are some newer techniques being explored in grafting, but those have an even greater chance of asymmetry, infection, and other unacceptable side effects.

I'm no physician, but I have examined my options, as a man with slightly less than 18 cm in length and 14 cm circumference. Even though I'm fully aware that this is not truly "small", I've also been, as I assume we all have been, heavily influenced by porn actors to see myself as inadequate unless I'm swinging 23 cm worth of erection. Man... You just brought back some bad memories... Converting to english.....that's a tad over 7" in length, 5.5" circumference. According to Wikipedia, average length is 12.9 to 15 cm, (5.1-5.9"), circumference 12.3 cm (4.8")

Those of us on the small side of average would kill to be in your position.

Don't get me wrong. I am absolutely aware that none of the women I have met through this hobby could possibly find me attractive in "civilian" life. I'm more than a bit of a nerd, I carry a spare tyre around my midsection (although with a proper exercise regimen, I've actually managed to drop about 5 stone in the past year), and a host of other things that I'm certain fall squarely into the "con" column.

I'm just saying that, all other things being equal, I would prefer to bring a positive attitude, impeccable hygiene, and equipment that is, if not actually arousing, at least not aesthetically or physically displeasing. But then, I'm something of a perfectionist that way.
