When I joined this board I pledged that I wouldn't criticize any other agency, and that I wouldn't respond to any allegations made about me by others. This has been a good policy since I've noticed that other agencies have from time to time mentioned me by name with various allegations, and I think their doing so has not benefited them. However I'm having to bend my pledge just a little, not because of allegations, but because I'm having an impossible time addressing an issue of theft by one of the other agencies.

On December 31 an ad appeared on this board which featured pics I took of an escort who works for me in San Antonio. Her name is Chelsea, and her pics on my SA site may be seen at www.elitesanantonioescorts.com. I took those pics of her in the bedroom of one of my Austin incalls, and I also took pics there of several other girls on my SA and Austin sites, www.theaustinescorts.com
These other girls are Ananda, Staci, Alexis, Kimmy and Adrienne. Anyone can see that the background and furnishes of the pics of these girls matches that of the pics of Chelsea on my SA site.

However Chelsea works for a different agency in Austin, and that agency placed an ad on this board featuring the pics that I took. I don't know why, as they have their own pics of her. But nonetheless this agency chose to use the pics I took of her in my bedroom in addition to their own.

Since I pledged not to criticize or interact with other agencies on the board I didn't PM that agency, but sought to speak to the owner by phone. I called that person, but no sooner did I introduce myself when that individual started screaming at me. That person's response made it impossible to communicate any further by phone. I don't think an email or PM would do any good. What if anything should I do? What should any of us do when theft occurs? This agency is continuing to use these pics in subsequent ads, such as this one:

Try as you may....Rumors and innuendo fly around you at times...... everything from multiple handles, fake reviews, etc... to more concerning issues..... but ... as I said... rumors and innuendo......

You don't know what the girl told the other agency as to who took what pics...

To be honest, the pics are of the girl, and the situation seems petty....

You CLAIM to have always taken the high road.....

Here is an opportunity to do so.

It ain't right, but almost nobody's really going to care unless the pictures aren't her.

Visible watermarks are about the only thing that's going to stop stuff like this.

The Austin Escorts...Images included on this site are a combination of pictures taken by our staff and others provided to us from the girls we represent. In some cases a body double, or another model identical to the provider featured, may have been selected by the escort to help insure her anonymity.

This is taken directly from your website. In light of this perhaps this is not so big an issue that it should have been brought to the Co-ed section. Try contacting her and asking her to take some new pictures. I am not advocating for either side, just an observation.

Theres no need for all this drama I will just delete Chelsea off my site..I am not trying to bring more drama to the boards.. Michael leave my business alone I am so sick of you.

p.s you should also address the issue that your friend JADE stole Chelsea's photos and is using them to advertise on backpage..

Unless you submitted the pics to the US copyright office, once they're on the net and in the public domain, pretty much anyone can and will use them without anything you can do legally if you're the person who put them in the public domain in the first place. A watermark means nothing unless the original is also on file with the copyright office. Legally, that is a requirement for you to collect damages or enforce the non-use of the images. However, if you know the host of the website and can show the administrators that the original images are yours, many will make the images unavailable on the site that is using them without your express authorization.

Regarding seeking to harm your operations: if I were seeking to do that, in any way, would I be continuing to let your girls use my incalls?

The fact is I've never even considered us competitors. I've always believed that you've staked out a different image and type of service than myself, and I've always respected that. The problems that existed in the past between us were frankly personal in nature, did not pertain to business competition, and I've hoped that such was all over now. As long as there's no personal issues between us there's no reason why we can't get along.

It's been over a year since you've been running naughtygurlz, and I don't think I've lost a single customer to you, or visa versa. And I think we have actually shared few if any customers, so I think I'm right about this issue. You have your niche in this market, and I have mine. Time has shown that there's little overlap.

Here's a case in point.Staff edit...personal information in open forum..Spacemtn, AustinModStaff. She's continuing to use my incalls, and I'm happy to provide them.

Where did Holly's pictures come from? I just saw this on an ad in Ohio. Compare Holly's bottom picture with the attached. The middle picture is identical to Holly's last picture.
