Pimp vs Bodyguard vs Driver vs Manager vs Madam

I had an interesting discussion with another hobbyist on this topic. He stated he would ONLY use independent escorts that always work alone.

Here is the question, Pretty much everyone here hates pimps. However, is there a difference between a Pimp and the other non-"working" business associates?

We all know what a Pimp is. Hate this looser.

How about a Bodyguard or Driver? Someone hired by a lady to watch her back. Is this guy taking a cut of the earnings okay?

How about someone hired to run the business side of things that never really gets their hands dirty? They set up adds, post pictures, make hotel reservations, ect.

Then there is the Madam (or male equivalent). If there is an on-site business, is the acceptable if the house takes a cut?


My feelings are that it's pretty much all okay, just as long as the lady is the one making decisions about what happens to herself with no coercion. If she feels she needs to have someone watch her back, she can sub-contract a bodyguard. If she needs someone to set up a website and answer the phone it's no different than any other business. If there is an on-site location that provides security and a steady flow of repeat customers I think that is worth something too.

A pimp and a Madam are no different, they both decide how much you are going to get paid, when you are going to work, take your money and then give you part. You are working for them, you piss them off with a pimp you get beat with a Madam you don't get clients, some Madams have men working for them to teach you a lesson. They both also are the promoters of underage kids and recruit girls into prostitution, looking for girls that are easy targets. They are both losers and abusers of women in my own opinion.

In the biz we call someone that sets up appts, makes reservations etc.. a personal assistant, no different then a secretary.

A body guard or driver is hired by the lady, they have no clue what the lady makes, charges etc.. They are paid no differently then a movie star having one. I have hired a driver in the past. I prefer a female driver that has no problem beating the crap out of someone or using any other means to keep me safe.

A escort agency is like having a personal assistant, they set up appointments for you, they charge a flat fee for every hour the book for you. You still make your own hours and work when you want. The only money they no that you make is the show up fee that they charge, only the lady knows how much she actually makes and she still sets her own prices. I use escort agencies when I go out of town then I don't have to weed through the "Bad Clients".

I here rumors of ladies in the biz wanting to become Madams or talking girls into getting in the biz and then saying they will help them get started and taking their money for the help. This ladies are to me are no better then a pimp.
We should never sell another human for our own profit.
We should never have to talk anyone into getting into the biz.
If someone wants to get into the biz and asks how we should tell them the good and bad and if they still want to show them what we do to stay safe. Without any personal gain other than knowing we have done all we can do to keep all of us safe!

Not all madam's are bad. I had a madam as a mentor and she taught me very well. She didn't dabble in underage or have guys who taught us a lesson. She was a former escort and she treated us like gold. Wish she was still in the business, she had a great business and people respected her opinion.

She ran her agency with a firm hand, but we were allowed to set our own hours and she took a small percentage of what we made because she paid for the phones, the advertising and she screened the guys.

But, as Lady Y pointed out.......there are the bad ones. Just like in any business.

I could see a Cat House style operation working in a fairly decent way that is fair for the lady. Basically, you pay "rent" on your room. That rent covers security. If you want to see one client per month, or 10 per day it would still be the same amount for the house. They lady deciding when to work or not.
