Yeah I was trying two days ago to help this girl get registered as well and it said she couldnt have two accts then one came back saying she was banned and never been on here.

Again if the system is not allowing you its because there is more than account registered with that same IP address. Have that person email Houston@eccie.net with their request, be sure they include the screen name they want to use spelled exactly how they want it and the staff will manually create it.
