I think this idea has been put out here before for consideration and it didn't go anywhere (that I know of). I don't remember if it was the time limit or that enough Provider's didn't go for it. I know of one pair of Provider's that will do a Duo session for 500 an hour (250 each). So I guess 500 for 2 hours is not beyond the realm of possibility.
