Bug in P411?
I tried to update my profile in P411 today...twice.
The updates said they worked, but when I went to the "provider's view" page to see what the provider would see, there were no changes.
Maybe someone has to approve any changes??? Or maybe it's a bug???

If you want you can PM me ur p411 id and I'll tell you what I see on my end. It very well may have to be approved by a p411 staff member. I know when I change my pix on there it can sometimes take a day to change.

They did an overhaul on their software. When I posted my visiting ad last night, I got a prompt saying that the ad didn’t post or whatever their wording was. But, the ad is in my list of existing ads

I know they recently wouldn't allow Lauren Reed to use it for screening, as per their email they claimed they could not prove she was, in their words, "legit".
Something sketchy to me about that site, but then maybe that is just me being overly cautious.

Carys P411 is a legitimate operation and is used widely I know for sure throughout Texas - the only thing Sketcy is you .... only 11 Posts and no reviews

P411 has certain criterion which must be met in order for a provider to participate on their site. I don't know all the details but one indicator is reviews. I took a peek, and she does not have any reviews on this site. Did she have any on aspd? On TER? On any site? (I only looked here.)
Aside from that she seems a lovely, well-liked person, I believe it is good that P411 has a screening process for providers as well as for the gentlemen.
BTW, nothing sketchy about P411!

I didn't say they were required. It's just one factor that could be taken into consideration. There are other ways to be verified, but one must be verified none the less.

Let's get back to the original question; and where the hell is Gina???
OK, this thread has devolved into a "validity of P411" thread. That was not the original question. But I am beginning to be concerned about P411!!!
First of all, when I posted this question, I also PM'd P411 the same question. I have received no response from P411.
Normally, when an issue concerning P411 is raised on this board, Gina chimes in to set us all straight.
Still, the question remains: why can't I update my profile????
I posted this thread almost a week ago. No response from Gina.
I sent the PM to P411 almost a week ago. No response from them.
Makes me wonder where they are...
[As far as Carys is concerned, I looked at her website when she started posting. According to her site, she is based in Europe, so she wouldn't necessarily be as familiar with P411 as those of us in the good ole USA. I would like to meet her, but her rates appear to be in the stratosphere, so that won't be happening unless she offers charity time as a write-off. LOL. And Ansley is right: there are a lot of providers that are never reviewed. Some require it as a condition of meeting. I don't necessarily agree with that train of thought, but it does exist.]
