Which Way Do I Look Better?

With black hair (my natural color and what I have now) or the brown hair with highlight? I was thinking about changing it. Maybe even light brown. What do ya'll think?

Ash brown to be exact
From what i know of you ...i think something with red tones is fitting
(That doesnt mean a bright red....but a red as a subtle base )
