Default Were you injured?

Having worked for prominent personal injury attorneys for several years now, I have noticed that ladies who make their living in certain industries like providing and stripping can have a difficult time getting legal help when they're injured through the fault of another. That's because in many cases the lady will eventually have to subject herself to a depostion, and if the other side finds out how she supports herself, the lady's credibility is shot, along with the value of her case.
-
That's where I come in. I can offer assistance in presenting your claim to the insurance companies, and in protecting your secret while helping you to maximize the amount of money you will recover. I've worked for lawyers for many years now, and eighteen years before that as a claims adjuster, so I know the industry from both sides.
-
Ladies, it's not rocket science, but there are some pitfalls you need to avoid, and some benefits available to you that you're not aware of, and that no one will make you aware of unless you know to ask.
-
So if you were injured in a car crash, a slip and fall, a dog bite, or whatever, and you really don't know how to proceed, send me a PM. The last thing you want to do is deal with the insurance adjuster on your own.
-
Oh, and by the way, in many cases I can help put money in your pocket even if you were in a crash that was your fault! And it's not illegal, immoral, unethical, or even fattening.

Well aren't you the silver-tongued devil! First time I've seen a threAd from a hobbyist!

Not that there's anything wrong with that. If you can do what you say, and if the lady is in need of assistance, and if you can assist in an honorable and virtuous way. A lot of ifs, but not an endless list.

So we have this client and provider site, so that clients can meet the sweet ladies for a little raunchy fun. We're a community, in a way, but a community based on commodities.

Is there a community for folks like you, so that the ladies can find out if you can really deliver the goods? I mean, there must be dozens of you just in the Austin area.

Maybe an Ad but at least in a more appropriate area.....

commodities? Not really.... very few ladies want to trade their goods..... it is a community based on cash.... Cash is only a commodity when it is derived from a commodity.... ot at least think that is how it goes.....

I've known a lady that hit similar pitfalls to what he is discussing... like it or not..... most lawyers seem uninterested in representing someone with questionable character on a contingency basis.

If Poet is willing to guide a lady through a process and take payment from the settlement, and isn't looking to get laid along the way,,,,,, it would seem a legitimate offer.....

shouldn't you WKs stick together?

Whispers,

Yeah, you're right about my misuse of the word "commodities". But my afterthoughts were more about how the ladies are different and unique, not like straw bales or pork bellies. They have personalities, each one different. Those personalities have a lot to do with the quality of the experience.

Attorneys at law, probably a similar dynamic. Maybe more like Olympic athletes, where determination and attitude is more a predictor of success than what factory they were churned out of.

However, I have to disagree with you about WKs sticking together. We are constantly fighting against each other, and you BKs take advantage of it constantly.

Naw, just joking. I don't like the WK/BK differentiation. For one thing, it perpetuates the white=good black=bad stereotype. People are who they are. Stereotypes are bullshit.

And besides, I don't think that you're a bad person. Just someone that I enjoy disagreeing with sometimes.

Later, Oz

Yes, I can do what I say. If a lady has a question about my bona fides, I have plenty of material, including my Texas adjuster's license, my certification as a Legal Principles Claim Specialist, about a hundred letters from satisfied customers going back to 1992, and a couple of phone numbers of former customers who became friends.
-
I would not insult a lady by asking her to barter for my services. If enough ladies take me up on this I expect that eventually one will make me an offer, but that's not why I'm doing it. This is because I believe, no, I KNOW, there is a legitimate need. I know because I have been forced to cut loose two clients who were providers when I worked at my last law firm. The attorneys just didn't want to deal with it, even though they were both solid cases. There is a need, and I can fill it, just like the plumber or electrician you call when you have a problem you don't know enough about to fix on your own.
-
And by the way, trust goes both ways here; I'm offering my professional expertise in exchange for a lady's promise to compensate me when she gets her settlement. What recourse would I have, besides trashing her here (which I most definitely would do) if she failed to keep her end of the bargain? She will trust me to do right by her and get her what she is entitled to, and I will trust her to pay me the agreed fee when all is said and done. Gee, I kind of feel like a provider...

So, Poet Lawyer. You say that you wouldn't insult a lady by asking her to barter for your services. If someone did make you an offer of tit for tat, so to speak, and if she was really hot, and you just couldn't help yourself, would you accept? And if you did, would this be a conflict of interest in any way?

And, hey if there is a real need to fill ... and who am I to point out the obvious pun ... as opposed to, say, trumping up a trivial claim.

But you pretty much guarantee us that if somehow you fail to get paid, there will be drama on the site.

Has this been cleared with mods and ECCIE management? If I were them, I might want to collect a provider ad rate.

A. Correct; I would not insult a lady by asking her to barter.
B. No, I would turn her down. Therefore no conflict. And there's no such thing as "I couldn't help myself." I have a little more will power than that. I also have a main squeeze on these boards who keeps me very happy, thank you very much.
C. There is a big difference between a trivial claim and a trumped up claim. Trivial means minor or unimportant; a lady who has a trivial claim might still benefit from my help. Trumped up means fraudulent. I don't get involved in that. I've helped put several people in jail who got involved in that.
D. As for drama, here's what would happen. I would post in the thread that ProviderX agreed to pay me a certain fee, then reneged on the deal. That's it. There's no point in going on about it. And since all agreements will be in writing, it really shouldn't happen too much.

Thank you for playing devil's advocate. I'm sure many people had those same questions. Here's the thing: this is my profession. This is what I've done for a living, almost exclusively, since 1990. I'm good at it, and I have a reputation in the industry that I'm proud of. I can use that reputation to help those who need it, and I can stay behind the scenes as well if I want to. It's not about who does the talking to the adjuster; it's about the course of the conversation and using the correct buzzwords.
