I have tried both and the Epson Salt is good for tired muscles and
muscle strains, but the Salt and Soda will actually help detox your
body by pulling out toxins and has a much more relaxing and
de-stressing effect than the Epson Salt.
The Epson Salt had very little of a relaxing effect in my opinion.
The Sea Salt has all the minerals that have an effect also.
A similar spa detox which might use some exotic mineral bath,
could cost over $100 dollars or more, and the do it yourself
one I described about $5 or so, and you really will get the same
results, if not better.
