What's making this worse is that they are being accused of a crime based on evidence (ledger AND video)...meaning that their names can be publicized. If they were just notes and a ledger, then that's more like hearsay and sole testimony. With video, it's documented...meaning there could be audio or a visual recording of a transaction taking place.

It's unfortunate, but lessons can be learned from this.

PLEASE guys DO NOT let something like this be the reason you all of a sudden want to be extra difficult or evasive about screening. Your online screening inquiry is a form of a black book. Any info entered is stored in a server somewhere, which LE can access with a warrant. Only way to get around it is to have the server that's located in another, beyond the reach of US authorities.
