I play in an adult baseball league filled with old guys like me that can't let go of the dream.... As with everything.... Anyway... For being the ODB That I am, I injured myself.... I'm fine, but now the healing begins.... I just wanted to vent a lil since I can't partake in the hobby due to lack of movement.... Lol...

Im not a big TV person and I dont have any on demand or satellite...... But im stuck on the couch with my leg elevated... Lol...I find myself flipping thru every freekin channel because there isnt shit on TV... Is it just me or is TV now like radio where they re-run the same episodes every day? Well for now I'm settling on TNT and watching the movie Twister.... Hope y'all have a good day!

Personally, I like to catch series in syndication. Catch up on the whole thing pronto.
Of course, it takes away from the excitement/cliff hanger angle by seeing them back to back or the next day.

But you're right. I don't make a habit of watching tv too much. Just too busy.

New series i'm curious about is Copper on BBC.
Breaking Bad is also a favorite.

Cable is the worse, we use Direct TV and at least this gives me lots of football and the Mil channel to watch.

I too hated tv and had very little time for it. Until I discovered channel 118. The Big 10 channel. Shows re-runs of the greatest Big 10 games. B-ball and football.

Wow. I thought I would have to die and sneak past St Peter somehow to have a tv channel like that.

Cable TV on demand is pretty freaking awesome though. Especially if you have a DVR. If you have this kind of service, you can catch most things on demand.

If yo have HBO and or Cinemax, you can watch HBO GO or Cinemax GO on your portable mobile device, computer, XBox, Playstation 3, etc. There is TONS of content that is available to you.

Yep, TWC On Demand and the DVR are the best thing since cable TV itself.

It is great to be able to catch broadcasts that I would have otherwise missed. I have been with TWC for decades and plan on sticking with them.
