there's really no excuse for a NCNS... but i have been "out of commission" for a few weeks b/c of a sick relative... had to go to another town to take care of him and there's no way in hell i'm working from where he lives. Yikes. LOL

I knew a provider that had a LOT of ncns show reports. once guys started calling her out publically, she explained to each one that her grandma had died. Funny thing is, the calls were spread apart over the course if a year.

Maybe a paternal grandma, maternal, step-grandma, half-brothers grandma, etc etc, all in the same year...lol

1) I had to move to a new motel, they wouldn't give me any more towels.

You didn't really specify what excuses were for... I assume you are talking about canceling an appointment or a NCNS...

I have never NCNSed but have had several clients NCNS...

I have had clients cancel on me either short notice or in advance at a rate of 50 to 1...

Things happen. We all have busy real lives. Communication is the key. Try not to set appointments you cant keep. If you have to cancel for whatever reason give as much notice as possible. Don't make it a habit... A reason(excuse) should not be required. It is probably or should be none of the others business...

If you truly want to see us and have not change your mind then just reschedule and don't play BS games.

If you have changed your mind(for waterever reason). Just say sorry and move on. I will get over it
