It's been known for months that Monet was named in a criminal complaint for a high profile arrest involving an underage prostitution ring as someone who was cooperating with investigators, as well as still known to be working as an escort.

All of the events in the complaint as well as her cooperation actually occurred before she began posting here, though only became common knowledge because of the media coverage.

Whether they didn't know this or just didn't care, even after these revelations numerous members continued to post about both her and her newly formed escort agency.

It can be reasonably assumed that local, state, and possibly even federal agencies were all aware of her recent activity and probably monitoring her here.
