Lightbulb TOYZ Song-a-day ACL Countdown

Why?

Because there are very few new topics on here to discuss daily...

Neil Young: Cinnamon Girl

Young started with the band Buffalo Springfield which included himself, Stephen Stills (later to join Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young) & Jim Messina (later to be in the group Logins & Messina). Young has performed in FIVE decades & is still a headliner band with his group, Crazy Horse...

Looking forward to this show. Saw him a couple of years ago at Bass Hall and I thought the show was a little ... odd. Hoping the festival environment and a big crowd bring on a great performance.

I was not too hot on the ACL line-up this year so I passed. Neil Young is the only one I really wanted to see. Several others that I would have enjoyed seeing but just didn't think it was worth the price. Certainly hope you and others enjoy the 3 days. Weather should be better than in the past -- at least temperature-wise. I just love the atmosphere of ACL.

Have tickets to Crosby, Stills, and Nash at ACL Live.

BTW, loved Buffalo Springfield.

Lilly: That was the show. Maybe it was me, but that show didn't do it for me. I'll give it another whirl at ACL.

Looking forward to Black Keys, Weezer, Old 97s, jack white, and RHCP for sure.

Also looking forward to 3 days in the sun with some cold drinks. A flask full of Tito's + Sweet Leaf Tea = good times.

ACL Countdown NEEDTOBREATHE "Washed by the Water" Not a headliner band, but am enjoying the Rob Thomas sound. If you like this one, they have a few good songs, check 'em out...
