So with this whole system p411 and all, good luck making an appointment with someone, unless you have 3 references. Its like finding a job, you cant get a job unless you have experience, you cannot get any experience unless you have had a job. So why bother paying a fee to get "verified" if these providers still will not see you unless you have other references. I have been out and about but try and get a reference from a place wherer they barely speak english? Forget this.

There are some providers that will take P411 without any OKs I have been told. You may have to see some ladies who are not on your wish list in order to qualify for the ladies who are at the top of your list.

I don't have P411, but rather went the route of establishing a presence on the boards. With time, with reviews of some ladies who would see me (good ladies, many cases they were RMTs who I saw for a massage, got some extras, wrote reviews) I established a reputation that allowed me to see other ladies.

I rarely provide screening. That said, I have asked some ladies for an appointment, they requested screening, I told them politely I could not do so and wished them well. They have their protocols to make them feel safe, I have my requirements. When they mesh, great, when they do not mesh, no reason to clash, just move on down the road.

Many on P411 are newbie friendly and/or require 1-2 references.....Do a search and I still say P411 is the best way to be verified, and get fast approval.....Have Fun!

I am newbie friendly and on p411 and I'm in Austin, so no not everyone requires 3 references when there are other ways to screen as well.

To find women who will see you with no references, you need to be looking at this:

Pull up a woman's P411 profile.
Second box of information down is called SERVICE INFORMATION.
First line in that box says "Willing to See:"

Mine currently reads as: Willing to See: All P411 Members - with references
which means...I will see any 411 member as long as he has references either ON 411 or off the site. This means, he can be a member and even though he doesn't have any vouches but "does" have references elsewhere, I will see him.

You might see other ladies' profiles that say:
Willing to See: Basic Plus 1
Willing to See: Basic Plus 2
These mean, they will ONLY see members with 1 or 2 vouches.

Gents with no refs or vouches whatsoever need to look for women whose profiles state: "Willing to See": All P411 Members (period).
Those would be the women who will see anyone (vouches or not).

I learned the hard way that JUST being a TER or P411 member doesn't immediately deem you safe and trustworthy by many providers.

What I didn't know is that MOST providers won't give you a P411 okay or TER Whitelist referral unless you specifically ask for it. Of course, even if you ask, presumably, they would only give if you were a good client.

So, my advice: if you are a P411 or TER member, be sure to ask your provider to give you the gold star after you meet her on whichever site you're a member.

I always give the OK straight away and I let the gent know as we're saying our goodbyes that I'll be doing it. I can't imagine not giving an OK if everything went well. We can use those points to purchase other ads or for our animated gif photos.

Remember though that P411 is another screening tool just because a guy is a member on there doesn't mean that we shouldn't screen him. I screen everyone the same from any site that they contact me from. Being a p411 member sure helps though!

That is what I had to do to see certain people on my wish list. You have to ask yourself if its worth the trouble otherwise move on to the next one. Some are we'll worth the wait

We receive 5 points for each OK that we give. You can also purchase points for a lady through p411 as a gratuity. We have to pay for the Top 10, Featured Ads and animated GIFs and they aren't inexpensive. So that is always appreciated as well!

To the subject of the thread, while I sympathize about the troubles gathering references as we all had to start at zero, I have to disagree with the comparison.

At the end of searching for a newbie friendly ASP, you get to have sex.

At the end of searching for a job, you get to go to work.

Yes, it can be frustrating, but just b/c you think it is a zero sum game, it is not. I started in the hobby about 20 years ago when this whole internet thing didn't exist. Back then, you went to the yellow pages, looked up Escorts, called an agency and hoped for the best. Either that, or you looked in the newspaper classified ads for agencies or the rare independent lady advertising in the ISO section. There were no reviews. There was no screening. You hoped for the best. I got out of the game for 10 years or so. When I came back, bam. We had all these boards, forums, review sites. You name it. I was a bit overwhelmed at the amount of information freely available and the sheer number of ladies to literally pick from, But then I started reading about contacting the ladies and this thing called references and screening. I had the same thoughts as the OP. Just how can I see a lady but I don't have any references. It wasn't like I was new to the game. It was just a period of inactivity. I thought outside the box. I joined ASPD which is now defunct (RIP). I built up a board presence. I got involved in threads and exchanged messages with various folks on the board. I did this a good 4-6 months before actually trying to see a provider. Back then, I didn't know what a "newbie" friendly provider was b/c I didn't consider myself a newbie or in need of seeing someone newbie friendly. I finally decided to strike out and see a provider when I was in Texas. I was overwhelmed with the shear number of providers in the various cities in Texas. Since I was more comfortable with seeing agency girls, I looked at the old ASPD forums that allowed agencies to place ads. I found a hot young thing and had a great time and got re-hooked (no pun intended) on pay for play. I quickly wrote a review and posted it on several review sites. I used this one review and upgraded status as a springboard. For my next date, I cultivated a long on-going e-mail exchange with a provider I wanted to see. By the time I was ready to book with her, she told me that screening wasn't necessary because of our e-mail exchanges and my posting presence on the boards. I parlayed that experience into a "vouched" status on another board. From there, it just continued to build. I was reluctant to join a site like P411 and even called P411 out as being un-necessary. Funny thing is that the owner of P411 saw my post and offered me a free year if I would try the system. I took her up on the deal and have renewed ever since. While I think P411 membership is overpriced, I do find it very useful and it helps me now avoid having to give out references. So yes, you can build from scratch. In summary: 1) Build a board presence 2) Communicate directly with the ladies you want to see and build a relationship. Explain your situation if needed 3) Seek out newbie friendly providers. 4) If you want to pay for it, look into P411 or Date Check.
