I have been visiting Odessa since the first of Jan. Faithfully every month hell some times 2 and 3 times a month. I know to book my rooms a month in advance yadda yadda. Well when I went to check out yesterday the front desk politely let me know that the room will be increasing $50.00 bucks a day so with tax and all it will be $225 a freaking night!..................
My girl friend came up and chose a (lesser grade) hotel in midland and boy oh boy was it a disaster. Some clients would not even come visit her when she told them where she was. And that hotel was a big chuck of change. Not sure why they think everyone is a big oil company and can just buy out the rooms but it will for sure put a damper on visiting providers.
I know I do not like to stay in a roach motel for ZAZA prices or stay at a ZAZA hotel for the price of living in a house for a month DAMN DAMN DAMN!
FYI to the west Texas visiting ladies.... El Paso was a bust I will give it one more time on the weekend it seems like a Friday & Saturday kind of city.
San Angelo keeps getting better and better just give them plenty of notice that you are coming you should be busy.
I seem to be more busy in Odessa than Midland however that is not documented very well since I only stayed in Midland once.
Lubbock is still good once you weed out the no shows and well Abilene will be back on my list next Month. I was actually going today but San Angelo kept me busy
Remember every city is different for every girl how ever as we all know some cities are good for late nights others are great at early morning etc etc. But I have found that Odessa is still #1 every day day or night. Sunday and Monday being the best 2 days out of the week Saturday being the slowest!
