People rarely drown in bathtubs under normal circumstances. She was probably unconsciosus from some sort of drug prior to drowning.

"effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use" it doesn't say she had cocaine in her system but it could be a result of prior cocaine abuse in the past. The heart condition may have been from the cocaine use in the past. So what is your point Jackie? you still trying to stereotype people?
