So long Richard Jefferson
Spurs have traded Richard Jefferson to Golden State for Stephen Jackson. Welcome back, Jax!

Yeah, just saw that on espn.com. I LIKE IT!
Just read the entire trade. The Spurs also give up their #1 pick next year... Still like it, just not as much...

34yrs old...hope he fits back into this squad of Spurs. His stats are ok...he's tall 6'8 and still plays a lot of time on the floor, so we'll see. Pop's a smart coach...he must have something up his sleeve!

It is what it is. Jury will be out until we see some productivity or not.
We always get very late draft picks in the first round anyways.
Steve should already know Pops routines and systems so it shouldn't take too long for him to fit into our system.

What a trade. Jackson was way more consistant in crunch time. Way to go R. C. and Pop.

Good riddance.
I can't wait for Stephen Jackson to bring some clutch shooting and toughness back to the Spurs. It's about time.
