Fee Negotiation: Do(s) & Don't(s)
Hello everybody,
Please help a Newbie out. I've been reading lots of reviews here and noticing that some providers do provide a bit less than what they posted (I'm not talking any Special)-whether on BP or P411 or even on their personal site.
So I would like your help on what are the DO(s) & DON'T(s)? How to approach the negotiation? Should I be the one mention it or wait for the provider to offer? Or should I never bring it up because I don't want to give a bad impression with the providers?
I mean on the week I can afford it, then that's great business for both parties, but some week, $$ or $$$ is a bit tough to spend on your physical needs. So I thought just put it out there, Ladies, please feel free to input your opinions. Maybe other newbies can learn a thing or two here.
Thanks everyone !!

Haggling is considered bad form. Especialy with the first time seeing a provider. I would suggest finding providers you can afford to build a postive rep. Once you have a good rep or have seen the provider several times, you may be offered a discount as a returning customer.

The following are just my opinions and observations. I'm sure many will disagree with them.
As a preliminary matter, I'd be careful in assuming that there was some sort of fee negotiation just because the amount listed in a review differs from what's listed in an escort's ad somewhere. There are lots of other reasons--she's changed her rate since the session took place, she was running a special, she has a discount for p411 clients, she has a different rate listed on a different site (BP vs. eccie showcase vs. p411 vs. her own website), you're not comparing apples to apples (outcall vs. incall, different amount of time, different menu items).
To answer your question, I'd say the general public consensus is that any fee negotiation is frowned upon in this establishment. Many, many ladies will view you quite negatively if you try to negotiate. This is especially true for someone you've never seen before and who has clear rates listed. Nevertheless, based on all the complaints from the ladies that you'll read, I have no doubt that many guys do it all the time anyways. Many gals just hate this and will not see you if you try to negotiate with them. But, I'm sure it still happens and I suspect those guys often get a lower rate as a result. I do wonder how that affects the quality of their session though.
In general, my impression is that the more hookerish and less escortish a gal is the more negotiation is accepted and likely to be successful versus getting you cut off from any further communications. So, I might ask a gal off backpage who I know has seen others for 100/30 minutes to see me at that rate even if she's advertising 120 now. I'd have no problem negotiating with a stripper. But, I wouldn't ask a p411 gal I've never seen before and from whom I'm wanting a GFE session to take less than her rate. Different segments of the industry have different norms.
Sometimes a guy who's been seeing her for a while gets a lower rate in place for when he first started seeing her (grandfathered) that's not available to a new guy. Or, he may get a lower rate because he's a regular (think frequent flier). Usually, those won't get listed in a review, but it does happen sometime. I don't think it's bad to ask for a grandfathered rate or a regular rate if you qualify, but even then some will say you should never ask but wait to be offered it.
Lastly, to the extent that you're seeking something that's not listed (multi hours or something else special), then it's OK to ask what that'd cost and maybe even do a little bargaining.

Simple Rule #1: If you can not afford her posted fee do make an appointment.
Simple Rule #2: If you are overly pleased with the service you are welcome to tip.
Simple Rule #3: When it is appropriate discretely pay the fee. Insure that she is aware that you have paid.
Observation: Repeat visit sometimes make you more desirable to see. That could a positive YMMV.

I never try to negotiate a lower fee . I want the provider to look forward to seeing me . I almost always tip if I am happy with the service too . I like to be treated special . Plus , if she has seen before I know I will get a warm welcome back .

Two simple rules to happy hobbying:
Do - expect to pay the advertised fee. If she offers something better, great.
Don't - ask for a special rate, discount, or something other than what is advertised unless you are absolutely certain she is cool with it, which is very unlikely.

Sound advice! I routinely ask the ladies what is their rate, after screening of course. I don't barter nor negotiate fees with them. I simply confirm their rate for whatever I'm looking for so as to avoid confusion at the visit. I routinely give some gift if I am pleased with their company, usually in the form of a gift card. Sometimes I get a different rate than what is posted. Sometimes more, sometimes less. my advice to you, OP, is to not negotiate a rate, just confirm the rate, pay it happily and enjoy your visit. Don't try to cheapen the lady or offend her by trying to save a few dollars. Keep in mind, there are sites that the providers frequent that review us. You don't want to be listed as a cheapskate. It could limit you to some truly enchanting experiences.

I agree with the above...don't ask for it and don't expect it. I see a lovely lady that allows me a discounted rate. I didn't ask for it and don't abuse her generosity. I have been granted additional perks from other ladies and again, I don't abuse what has been given to me.
Go into it expecting the advertised rate and enjoy the visit.

There are way too many DFW gals to even bother with trying to negotiate plain and simple. Between P411, showcases, BP, eros, SC's, SW's and TER there should be no need. I bet you can find anything from $20-$1000 but you have to do the legwork in finding the deal you want but keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
Also to me, just asking for her rate is not only suspicious but also MAY show that you are just being too lazy to look at my website or showcase (its there and includes alot of needed info) I could go into detail but I am sure nobody wants to read my rant on that...
Try marking the ladies you like as favorites and when you feel the urge go back and look at their ads while your getting worked up. You might just find a deal. If not then keep looking..
By trying to haggle a price, the first thing I think is "What else is he going to try to haggle?" So its an automatic decline

Once you haggle the price down and save 10 bucks you've got them reeling from your clever negotiating tactics and it's time to start pushing for extra services, time, perks, etc. Sometimes they will even fix you dinner if you work it right.

Personally, I like to just show up at their incall unannounced and offer them half their rate for a quickie.

So Anastasia, just for my edification, you don't even like a confirmation of what your rate is? I feel it is best to clear the air and have the provider confirm her rate with me. Not that I'm trying to negotiate, I just want to ensure what the rate is. Reviews constantly have wavering rates due to specials, ATF benefits and possibly just kindness of the provider at the time. If that is offensive, I would like to know. I know the showcase has rates listed, however sometimes the provider states "contact for specials". I can see how this can be confusing to a newbie. I think the way you approach the subject, in a respectful, fact finding fashion, is best.
