Good quality ones do not come undone.... I've never had an issue at all. I have those that snap and I also have stretchers that are leather and have locks on them that will cradle the scrotum as well as wrap around it.

If you're referring to the "steel parachute" being a "cock ring" that wraps the scrotum... that's not a parachute.
