twinkies and a snowball

hostess, the maker of the sustenance of my youth, is declaring bankruptcy once again.

ahh..the eating of a twinkie..well just not one..with a cold glass of milk..such refinement!

and who among you hasn't succumbed to a paroxysm of coughing while attempting to wolf down powder-sugared donuts and the powder chokes off that wonderous attempt?

they made a thing called a snow-ball (no not that), no one is perfect, never did care for one of those.


seems they cant stay up with the retirement benefits and health insurance promised to unions

That is one way to look at it, another is that they paid out to much in executive pay and dividends and underfunded their retirement benefit package to older workers.

I do not know but my bet is it is a combo of all three.

btw way I was listening to Howard Stern and he was talking about this yesterday and he said he never liked twinkies, I agree. I always thought they were some gay practice candy, shaped like a penis and filled with cream. Gave me the hebe jebes.

I did not eat candy as a small child.

When I started making my own money was when I started buying some candy.

Never liked twinkies...

Also never liked to blame just one side when a company goes out of business. If it required its workers to get paid on the backend while the shareholders and mangement got paid on the frontend , then maybe it should have went out of business long ago.
