Getting while south of the border

I asked in the Men's Lounge but I'm short on time, looking for quick, direct answers from a wider audience with actual experience.

I've visited a few pharmacies in the city I'm visiting. They have brand name C & V for about 1/3 of what I'd spend in the states. They also have generic V for considerably less.

I was really hoping to get a decent supply of low cost C, generic or otherwise, while down here.

Any suggestions on where and what to ask for? Do I just ask for Tadalafil?

Any advice is much appreciated. I'd even accept PMs for a hassle free online alternative in case I can't get it here.

I have not tried here. But in Tijuana you go to any clinic see a doctor and they sell you a prescription for 25.00 for anything. Then any pharmacia will fill it.
