obama birth certificate
I've been wondering why obama is spending $$$$ on keeping his birth certificate from being released. the only think I can figure that there is some embarrassing detail he doesn't want released...
this theory prolly makes some sense. what do you think.
the theory is that barack Obama's father was not his biological father, but Frank Davis was allegedlly his biological father.
see, I'm not a birther!!!!

Perhaps you are on to something there Dilbert.
The ‘birther’ argument is ridiculous. Obama’s mother was a U.S. citizen, and she could have given birth in the Kremlin with Nikita Khrushchev acting as mid-wife and Obama, by virtue of his parentage, would still be a U.S. citizen. Until someone can prove he renounced his citizenship, everyone must accept him as a U.S. citizen.

that is funny as hell "Frank Davis" is his father now. You should take that show on the road, Hannity would book you as a guest in a second! And Hawaii has been sending out copies of the president's birth certificate for months all you have to do is request a copy. But me I love the Frank Davis angle better.

with regard to the hawaii birth certificate, from what I understand, its' not an original document, et all, this long form document alot of people have been requesting and Hawaii has denied that request. the one being sent is supposed to be a short form, like the one that was posted on the internet by Obama campaign
the only way I can get on hannity if I wrote a book and doing the PR circuit to generate interests and sale of the book. well, I don't have any books written and quite likely maybe never.
The other would be run or be part of a grass-roots organization which I'm not part of or currently belong to one. so, that's out.
what say you?

I don't have and have never seen my "long-form" birth certificate, if such a document exists. I do know that 2 Honolulu newspapers published the birth announcement shortly after his birth.
For this hoax to be true, the State of Hawaii & these 2 newspapers would have had to conspire with a working class college student & her Kenyan, exchange student, husband. This conspiracy would possibly have included the maternal grandparents, including a WWII veteran. None of these people had large sums of money or influence. Why would Hawaii or the papers assist these people 40+ years ago?
If you don't like his policies, that's fine. This is utter horseshit.

November cannot come soon enough , to show and remind these phuckers that they are only employees of ours.... not our Leaders !!
Then.... throw out our current POTUS-Idiot in 2012!
Personal Responsibility & Self Reliance !! Unless we see a return of both.... this U.S.A. Experiment is Finished!!

Obama was born in Kenya, his father was a British subject, making Obama British at best. He can in no way be considered as a "Natural Citizen" argue all you wish, this cannot be disputed even if Obama had renounced his british citizenship, he still cannot ever be a Natural Born citizen of the united states, and here is his REAL Kenya Birth Certificate. Bitch all you wish, these are the facts.

It would seem to be logical and just plain common sense to show the original birth certificate to end this debate once and for all. The FACT that they are DELIBERATELY PREVENTING THE RELEASE of this can only be suspect.
If there's nothing to hide, show the original. The version that has been produced by Hawaii is a LASER PRINTED copy on form paper, NOT an actual photocopy, certified by the state or a Notary (like you would get if you requested a certified copy of your own birth certificate) nor is it the ORIGINAL version.
A birth announcement can be made in any newspaper if requested. If I had a kid and had family living out of town, I could have that paper print an announcement in that town.
The newspaper's "proof" of birth, therefore, could be based on a state-issued "Certification of Live Birth" which is insufficient alone, even for some State Department officials, to document the birthplace.
Many people remain unaware a child does not even have to be born in Hawaii to receive a Certification of Live Birth, the very "evidence" the White House has cited in defending its assertion Obama was born in Hawaii.
Hawaiian law specifically allows "an adult or the legal parents of a minor child" to apply to the health department and, upon unspecified proof, be given the birth document.
The only requirement for proof cited in the law doesn't address the birth of the child either, just "that the legal parents of such individual while living without Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child."
Whether or not the Kenyan certificate is real or not is beyond me. Unless the Hawaiian certificate has his actual place of birth as Hawaii and it is produced for all to see the doubts will remain. I had to show a certified copy of my birth certificate to get a driver's license. At the very least, shouldn't the same be required by those who run for the highest office in the land? Is that really asking too much? Seems pretty simple to me.

U.S.C. § 1401
U.S. Code TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER III > Part I >
§ 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years (this applies to his mother).

The U.S. recognizes dual citizenship. Even if Obama claimed to be a Kenyan citizen (which he doesn't - at least not publically - lol), he must still renounce his U.S. citizenship to be declared a non-citizen, or, while in the pay of a foreign government, commit treason against the U.S. The U.S. usually expatriates only those traitors it cannot incarcerate because the traitor is outside both the jurisdiction of U.S. law enforcement and other states which choose to enforce U.S. law.

That has been the question all along!
If there is nothing to hide.... why hide it?
And why spend so much time , effort , and money to do so?
Someone....ANYONE.... please answer those two simple questions!!

You're assuming his US born "mother" is really his birth mother. We don't know that without seeing his REAL birth certificate. Maybe she adopted him after being born to non-citizen parents. We don't know. Just produce the original certificate and end it once and for all. Again, if there's nothing to hide, show it.

I may not like his policies, but his nationality ain't an issue for me.
the long form is usually a microfiche copy of the original at least for the state of louisiana, it maybe different for other states.
