The business owner is a criminal, as are the illegal immigrants.
Nobody is against shipping away illegal immigrants. AOL Key Word being illegal.
No administration has been against shipping away illegal immigrants, either.
It's just that this administration has made it clear that they are going to go after legal immigrants, too.

have they? cite a source on that. cracking down on companies knowingly hiring illegals is long overdue and Trump should punish these companies and i don't give a fuck if it means there's no one left to pluck chickens at a Tyson Food plant

The lefts argument was all the immigrants in Sharlaroy were legal green cards.

You may not have been following it. I have.
The tax fraud was a nice touch, as he was already in waist deep with starting folks early. Then lying about it. Gets into willful fraud and moral turpitude. Pattern and practice. Knowingly doing illegal things.
Not really a reflection on Fourth Street Foods or its other workers. Prosperity lied to them too

More than 25 but less than 50. It was multiple quarters of fraudulent filings. FSF wages were between $17 and $25 per hour and Prosperity likely had a 20-30% markup. Prosperity also provided potentially taxable lodging and transportation.
That can add up quickly. We know he was accounting for less than 10% of his workforce but not where they were all employed. He paid cash, wasn't issuing statements, failed to withhold and he failed to remit on the employee AND company taxes.
We also know his company was headquartered in Belle Vernon, operated an another location called Pay Now that was based in Charleroi on 88, and that he also employed people outside of Charleroi. There was also over $1m seized last year from him and his businesses
