Has anyone gone down the rabbit whole on TikTok abot doing salt water or baking soda water the will make you hard in the bedroom. Lol, I'm seeing such ads between videos on Youtube as well. I don't believe it. Viagra or Cialis is more than likely the way to go. Taken from the internet, "Effectiveness of all PDE5 inhibitors is similar; although reported effectiveness of Viagra, at 84% is slightly higher than that of Cialis at 81%. However, more men prefer Cialis because of its longer duration of effect."

And what do you do with it? Drink it? Soak your cock in it? I used to take 5 mg viagra and it made me a rock for 45 min +. Took 40 last week and as soon as the cover went on, it went down and never came back. So disappointing.

I've never taken Viagra or Cialis before but I might have to have a talk with my doctor because even I can tell that my body is changing as I age in my upper 40's. If people are saying that Cialis has a longer lasting effect I'll ask my doctor if he can write me a prescription and also ask him if he's taking it and which one he would recommend.

Other than that I've thought about changing my lifestyle as in going to the gym to do some cardio to lose about 25-35lbs of extra weight that I'm carrying and quitting tobacco use. I've been drinking a lot of whiskey over the last few years and instead of drinking for 2-3 weeks straight everynight without taking a break I plan on drinking only on Friday or Saturday evenings to stay somewhat disciplined. Reducing my alcohol intake will allow me to lose weight fast. Diet and excercise should be beneficial.

I changed my lifestyle 10 or 11 months ago. I did a partial fasting diet. All I did was drink only coffee for breakfast. and eat between11am and 9 pm. I drink only water and the occasional beer. You do need to be smart with eating. I eat what I want just don't make two meals out of one. I do make it a habit of a doggie box and take half of my restaurant meal home for lunch tomorrow. I lost 30# until Thanksgiving. i am just now getting back to my routine after the holidays and travel I have done over the winter. I gained 15# over the holidays
