Looks like she wants 40% deposit for "new" friends and 10% deposit for returning. These types of encounters start off so transactional, it seems. Unless she is bubbly while asking for the 40%, I suppose. Not a deposit person so pass.

I would totally be interested but for the deposit requirement. Especially the one for "returning friends". That's a huge turn off there. I could maybe understand deposit for new or "unknown friend" but once you have already met then what's up with the petty 10% deposit requirement.
