Hang from your fingertips from door frame trim, a weird version of trying to do pullups. Once your fingers get used to that, try doing body twists while hanging. This does work, you have to let your torso muscles relax so vertebrae & discs hang loose.
Related topic: I was able to pop a dislocated elbow back into place hanging from a doorframe.

If you have an exercise ball, wrap yourself over that to stretch your back. You could also do that over back of couch.

Consider buying a Spanish inquisition stretching rack, but you have to have the Mel Brooks skit on that cued up to play.

Might have something to do with some tension or anger issues you have internally. Have you recently been messing extensively with someone you’ve never met in your life? Relentlessly attacking an innocent person? I’ve heard that can cause unbearable back pain and sleepless nights. Perhaps let the anger go and leave that person alone. That is where I would start. If that doesn’t work perhaps Go To The Doctor! A medical professional could probably give you better advice in regards to your condition than Eccie can. I pray it works out for you.

OTC NSAIDs and dollar store arthritis rub/ lotion.

Time.

Slow movement and physical therapy. Want to see my PT license? It’s down deep in my genes…

Seriously hope you feel better soon!

PS: Place “IhaveaBBC” on ignore.

If she was to place me on ignore/ meaning leave me alone I would throw a party. That’s exactly what I want. Again , I wish her the best because back pain is something to not be trifled with. That’s supposedly what drove the newest American heartthrob Luigi to despair and a strong back is possibly, maybe vital in her line of work. As well as good knees and a strong jawbone. Dollar store arthritis medicine surprisingly works quite well. If there is tingling in your right hand that could possibly be a pinched nerve in your vertebrae. All in all it’s hell getting old, but I wish Busty healing or some sort of relief no matter how she has come after me for zero reason

Busty hope you heal well soon. Castor oil is my cure all.
I suggest we all start hitting the RTM on the pest.

First determine if it's muscular or an issue with the bones and disks (skeleton).

For muscle pain I found that a Lidocaine patch, available over the counter, gave me some relief. I also felt some relief when I got a Tens Machine. Ask you doctor.

https://www.forbes.com/health/medica...st-tens-units/

Now for non-muscular that is where it got rough for me. Early on a Chiropractor did wonders (I know some think that they are quacks) but getting realigned helped. When the disks finally gave up it took a number of surgeries to fix the issue.

This is stuff that helped me and I saw a boatload of doctors. Take it with a grain of salt, we are all different.

Best of luck to you.

I feel for you. I have a sore lower back from doing squats and lunges at the gym today. An NSAID (naproxen) and a heating pad are helping me. Hot or cold packs and ibuprofen or an NSAID (prescription required) are definitely recommend for back pain.
