Lady friend is looking to join the fun, but most seem to only offer services to men. Does anyone know of a place that services women?

Q massage on Preston just north of Plano Pkwy.
Upon seeing 2 women exit the massage rooms I asked my provider if they see women constantly and she said "oh yes!", which makes think that they offer special services to everybody.

I go to a shop in Allen where they massage women but do not provide extras, even when asked.

Every sub-amp accepts women clients. Now if the question is whether they will get a happy ending. If your lady friend is happy to be massaged by a dude, there are many sub-amp that have dudes who will happily provide a happy ending and more. Happy Feet on Coit Rd Plano is one of them.
If your lady friend wants to be massaged by a girl and get happy ending, that will need a bit of research. I think you will get it from Emily at Ozen in Lewisville.

Q Massage have old ladies, I occasionally go there because the massage is very good and relief is available, if needed. If you are looking for good looking youngsters then that is not the place for you.

Not a bad idea. I was thinking of identifying as she/her for the weekend then I could massage Twotongues lady friend and then some
