... Hmmmm... Surely seem to me - and me studys of the English language
(NOT calling it "English" language to be racial) I believe the comment
there means that the alleged murder suspect might not be a American
citizen and may be in the coutry illegally.
And Oilfieldace is thus asking for the death penalty for the killer.
