The first man, Enrique Tarrio, was just sentenced to 22 years in prison for “seditious conspiracy” in the J6 riot even though he wasn’t at the Capitol.

The second man, Shannon Brandt, who ran over & killed an 18 year old Donald Trump supporter, was just sentenced to five years in prison.

He will also get credit for time served under house arrest, reducing his sentence by a year.

Foster County Judge Bradley Cruff spent a significant amount of time during Friday's sentencing to address Brandt's autism diagnosis, which experts believe caused an exaggerated reaction and response in the situation with Ellingson.

"You didn’t intentionally run him over. I acknowledge that. I understand what the experts in this case are saying about how your mind work. And you didn’t intentionally kill Cayler. But he did die. And that’s a result of your alcohol consumption. You recklessly pushed Cayler to the ground with your SUV, you recklessly ran him over, and you recklessly killed him," Cruff said.

Highway Patrol stated that Ellingson was NOT part of an extremist group and Brandt made it up to try to get out of the charges

Did you realize that what you just said, right here, implies that it was not, in fact politically motivated. You are making the claim that this is merely a drunk driver who made up the extremist group to claim self-defense. You can’t do that and compare this to Enrique Tarrio, and employ any sort of logical consistency.

None of the above websites were sued and lost court cases when they were put over oath for the bullshit lies they reported.

Torrio and all the other insurrectionist assholes directly participated in an insurrection and tried to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power because they listened to lying-ass tRump and the jackass far-right conspiracy theory extremist news sources, that admitted to lying under oath. Seditious conspiracy convictions are far more serious than what Brandt pleaded to. I personally would have wanted a more serious conviction for brandt, but that doesn't excuse what the fucking insurrectionist assholes did January 6th.
