The 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Friday that the Biden White House, top government health officials and the FBI violated the First Amendment by improperly influencing tech companies’ decisions to remove or suppress posts on covid-19.

In one of the most significant 1st Amendment victories in years, a 5th Circuit panel (only one of whom is a Trump appointee) rules that the Biden WH, the FBI, CDC, and Surgeon General violated Americans' core free speech rights by coercing Big Tech to censor on their command.

Amazingly, the 1st paragraph of the NYT article on this appellate ruling -- FBI and WH violated the 1st Am by threatening and coercing Big Tech to censor for them -- calls it "a victory for conservatives"?

Is that because Dems favor state censorship of the internet? Sadly, yes.
