Sen Spa Garland
Any updates or recent intel on Sen Spa Garland (Guthrie Rd)? I went by today and there were more homeless people in the parking lot than cars. I was afraid to park there. Feel free to PM.

Sen Spa is not on Guthrie, it is in North Garland, can’t think of the name of that place but what you described is why I never visited there

Sen Spa is at Beltline and N Garland next to Sali's Pizza. The parking lot is big and usually quite empty when I've been by. No homeless that I have seen, but then it's been a couple of months. Yes, Sunup is on Gutherie. I do not know the situation there.

Yea I was about to say, Sen Spa is right next to Nickelrama, an arcade for kids and their family. I never seen homeless up there. I live in the area and go that CVS frequently. Thats a safe area

The OP is talking about Sunup Spa at Guthrie and Broadway (real close to Oasis). It’s the old Kim Spa.. I never seen any homeless in the lot, but there is a haircut place that draws a lot of cars and people outside.

SunUp off Guthrie is good, just have to go on the day the hair place is closed..... same issue with Sen spa off Garland and beltline, have to go when hair place next door is closed
